Finca Juliana is located just a few kilometres from Puerto Pollensa. The long beach promenade, the beach and the harbour can be reached by car in approx. 9 minutes.

The lively harbour of Puerto Pollensa has a long beach promenade with wonderful views of the bay of Pollensa and Cap Formentor, shops, boutiques and countless restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. The long sandy beach has a good infrastructure with several beach bars, freshwater showers and sun lounger hire. The shallow entrance makes this stretch of coast particularly family-friendly.

The beautiful old town of Pollensa is around 12 km away. It has an extensive pedestrianised area with traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays, a popular market takes place in the narrow streets and during the week you can watch the colourful hustle and bustle in one of the cafés in the central Plaza Mayor.

The area around Pollensa with its challenging mountain routes is popular with cyclists, motorcyclists and hikers alike. Everyone will find their favourite route here. For golfers, there are several golf courses in the area. The bay of Pollensa offers a wide range of water sports and is particularly popular with surfers and sailors.

Finca Juliana is a cosy, ground-floor holiday home with a beautiful garden. It has an open-plan living area with sofa corner, dining table, open fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. The finca has two bedrooms, one of which is furnished with a double bed and the second with two single beds. The two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and are equipped with air conditioning h/c.

Finca Juliana has a well-kept outdoor area with pool, pool terrace, outdoor kitchen and a covered terrace right next to the house.

Children are welcome, a baby cot and a high chair are available free of charge.
