Modern Villa Mare Exclusive is located on the outskirts of the suburb Spadici near Porec, only 700 m from the sea and 2 km from the city center. The villa (semi-detached houses) has fenced grounds with a wonderful 50m2 infinity pool, loungers, covered terrace with barbecue, table and chairs for outdoor dining and the other with a lounge set.

The peculiarity of the house is the enchanting sea view from the garden and ground floor as well as from all floors so that you can enjoy the sunset in the evening.
Thanks to its location, Villa Mare Exclusive is an ideal holiday home for a vacation in Porec, relaxing in peace but at the same time only a 10-minute walk to the beach, shop, restaurant and other leisure activities. The landlord occasionally lives in another part of the house, but the garden and pool area are only available for single use.

Villa Mare Exclusive is a holiday home with a pool of 200 square meters on three luxurious and designer floors. The ground floor includes the living room with a fireplace and lots of natural light through the large glass walls, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a separate toilet. From the living room you can access the beautiful terrace above the wonderful pool. On the first floor there are two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own shower / toilet and satellite TV and on the second floor there is a double room with its own special wellness bathroom from which you can enjoy the sunset through the glass wall.
Thanks to the large glass surfaces, this villa offers a wonderful view from all rooms.
On the ground floor there is also a small fitness studio with satellite TV.

Delightful villa, great location

The villa is very well presented and well-equipped and was the perfect location for our week's holiday for our grown-up family and partners. It's position allows easy access by road to explore Istria but also close enough to just walk to the beach or local restaurants...and then there's the beautiful pool to just relax in and around... Would definitely return.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus sehr genossen. Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Die Sauberkeit, der tolle Pool, die moderne Einrichtung, die gut ausgestattete Küche.In der Nähe sind Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fussläufig zu erreichen. Der Eigentümer war freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Wir können dieses Objekt mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Moderne Stadtvilla in guter Lage

Lage ist sehr gut, alles fussläufig, Strand, Cafés, Restaurants usw. ca 500m. Leider ist es zur Zeit eine Luxusvilla in einer Baustelle, weil im direkten Umfeld wird überall gebaut.

Super schönes Haus mit vielen extra

Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben und lässt wenig Wünsche offen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und der Außengasgrill war fast jeden Abend in Betrieb. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und war daher super für Kind und Hund. Kommen gerne wieder

Wir waren Mitte August 2023 mit zwei Kindern in der Villa Mare Exclusive. Das Haus ist wunderschön und wirklich sauber! Die Ausstattung ist toll und die Beschreibung des Hauses trifft auch zu. Von der ersten Minute an, haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten den Urlaub genießen. Michel ist ein sehr freundlicher und bemühter Vermieter, mit dem man super einfach in Kontakt treten kann, wenn mal Hilfe benötigt wird. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und können die Villa Mare Exclusive nur empfehlen!
