This Tiny House was really good for our stay at our boy's tennis tournament stay.We thought that the Sego lily home was cute and packed a bunch of charm. It suited our needs for a place to sleep and shower. It was nicely furnished and pretty impressive for a tiny house. We walked around a couple of the evenings that we stayed there to walk around a pond, with canoes, and paddle boats. There were several things that were disappointing though. 1st - The address for the resort is not accurate if you just put in 91 Old highway Ivins, the GPS will send you out into the middle a random canyon 30 minuets down the road. You will need to put in Hidden Springs RV Resort and it takes you right there.2nd - Check in times seem to vary from what is noted3rd - Half the switches in the tiny house did not work, neither did the 2 ceiling fans.4th - WiFi was the worst thing about this place. connection was terrible, the TVs did not have any streaming app capabilities. Which did not really matter because the Wifi was so bad you could not stream anything anyway. We had to stream from my phone using my network.Overall, a good stay because we used it as a sleep / Shower place. I would say probably not worth how much we spent for 3 nights. with half electrical working, and really bad Wi-Fi. I would recommend this place if you're using it as a place to crash for the night but not if you're looking for a place to spend full days in.
