The check-in process was difficult due to the host being unresponsive. The stay itself was fairly normal and relaxed, and the property was reasonably clean. However, after the stay concluded, the host and some members of her management team initially attempted to hold me responsible for damages/ breaches of rules (smoking) caused by previous guests and behaved rudely. Additionally, the host requested payment through Zelle for damages I did not cause, which is against VRBO policy. I’m now also having a hard time getting a response on a few personal items that were unfortunately left behind. If you choose to stay here, I recommend exercising caution and documenting the condition of the property with photos upon arrival and departure. I would not choose to stay at this property again.
