The house accommodated us no problem… However, the beds are absolutely terrible… There are no box springs… So they put memory foam mattresses on slats basically on the ground… They are very, very lumpy and not comfortable at all. Almost impossible to get out of… One shower did not work… Another shower had hair in the drain that it would not drain we had to clean it out…

While this property could be fantastic, it turns out to be ok. The layout is perfect for a large group, but many of the amenities were lacking. We arrived and the pool was filthy and the water level was so low we had to run the hose for 5.5 hours to get it back to level. When requesting pool service we were told they would be there the next day. Lost 2 half days of use. The “fully stocked kitchen” did not have basic utensils, a mixing bowl, or a working microwave and required a Instacart order from the dollar store to prepare things. The ice machine was amazing though! When we arrived there was a significant fly infestation, where they clearly set off a bomb and neglected to come back and clean up the dead flies everywhere so we had to sweep those up. One en suite bathroom shower only produced hot water- so hot in fact it wasn’t usable. Two rooms that claimed to be en-suite actually shared a jack and Jill bath which we were lucky we had flexible family. They noted that 2 bedrooms were in the ground floor, which we planned to keep for our elderly parents, one of those was actually the pool house. Not the best option to have them have to go in and out of the house constantly. Advertised a 3car garage, but most of it was inaccessible since it was FULL of cardboard boxes. Most closets had construction materials in them, and as a different reviewer noted, the beds didn’t have box springs and were VERY low. While we loved the chance to all be together, it could use some changes.
