Lovely place!

We enjoyed our time at Waipouli Resort. Our condo was lovely, and our view of the property and the ocean were great. We were able to relax, sleep in, and just enjoy all that Kauai has to offer. It is our favorite island having visited several times before. We'll be back!

Fabulous fine in Kauai 🌺

This was a last-minute booking. The process was simple and easy—excellent communication with management. The place itself had a Hawaiian touch, with a great view of the pool and ocean. The kitchen had everything you needed. The Oasis restaurant bar had fantastic food and drinks. Nice beach location. Very happy with this stay. You won’t be disappointed.

Management company was amazing..every attention to detail complete.. 4 beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, etc. Unit had everything in it you would ever imagine needing. The grounds amazing, pool outstanding.. BBQ grill easy access, and pool towels..beach size..you get 6 per person per day!! No need to bring your own beach towel. Will definitely be back..Make sure you Rent a place from Kauai Calls mgmt company..there are other mgmt companies since these are private units, but the service and attention to details this company provides will make your trip complete!

This property was perfect for our stay, for our needs. The location couldn’t have been better - an easy drive from the airport in Lihue, a convenient place to pick up a few items across the road at the Safeway, and a nice day drive north to Princeville, as well as another day drive south and west to see the Waimea Canyon and a visit to Barking Sands. The place was well-appointed with what we needed to fix a few meals, I was grateful for a washer and dryer in the unit, easy to toss in a couple loads. We had a wonderful view of the pool, as well as the beach. And we enjoyed coffee on the balcony each morning. We’d go back in a heartbeat!

Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo has antiquated TV's and no HDMI connection that would work. Cable box had to be reset twice during stay. Condo is lovely, but for this kind of money I expected more. Also A/C is on an override so you can never get the room cooler than 74. Not sure I'd stay in D312 again.

Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall excellent, pool lovely, good location for activities, grocery across street. My major complaint is that the air conditioning unit was so noisy when it was running, that we had to keep it off when we were in, and slept with the doors open. There were many parties going on in the pool because of Memorial Day and so a lot of noise coming in. Other than that it was very nice and my daughter and I enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd visit to Waipouli Beach Resort and we would definitely return. We love the area, the proximity( feels like the center of the island, with only a short drive to either the north or south shores. The resort itself is great when not visiting other areas, the pool, the hottubs, the barbeques. We were also impressed with the many staples in the unit...spices, cooking oil, beach chairs, cooler boogie board. All the appliances are top of the line...highly recommend in fact we already have!!

Ahhh! Vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a wonderful place to spend our vacation! We loved it! The condo suited us perfectly. Enjoyed relaxing on the lanai off the bedroom as well as poolside. No keys or keycards is a great feature. Beach mats provided were a nice discovery. Only thing I'll fuss about a little has already been mentioned by a previous renter and that's the shower's water pressure. One evening the Oasis restaurant had live music that we enjoyed from our room. Wow! The musician's were amazing! Our first morning (and others)we walked across the road to Starbucks then brought it back to the beach to watch the sunrise. Seeing God's handiwork displayed in such a beautiful way was a wonderful way to start our vacation. Walking along the path in to Kapa'a for breakfast and lunch is something else we liked to do. The concierge service provided was exceptional. We hope to return before too much time passes. This place was recommended by friends and we'll be passing our own review along.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the condo was great. I would say there are a few things that need maintenance. The blades in the clothes washer need to be replaced they are missing and the coffee table in living room needs bolts tightened. You could also add some light in the bedroom. As far as the check in we were a little taken back by the gentleman who come to the unit to check to see that it was ready at 2:40 and was surprised we were there already and was pretty rude about the fact that we were early. I don't think he needed to be rude about the fact that we were I guess 20 mins early. If that was a big deal then it needs to be stated in bold print that you can not enter the unit before 3. Thanks

My children really enjoyed the pool and kids pool. My husband had to work quite a bit and enjoyed the ocean view and air from our balcony. I am recommending this unit to my family and friends, especially my parents who I think would really enjoy the condo.

Great room, bad management

Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very unhelpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was beautifully located with nice view and well appointed. Comfortable bed. However, the management company was disorganized, messed up our reservation, pulled a bait and switch and we were unable to stay in this room for our entire stay. They made promises they did not keep. Would not choose to deal with them in the future. While I would recommend the property I will not recommend the management company. Manager responded on 2/12/2013: Not true and unreasonable! Most people would notice that the reservation was the incorrect month before they sign it. Due to this guest error we were forced to move things around at the last minute, discount the stay and to deal with an unreasonable guest that is obviously not willing to admit that they were a very large part of this incident. The bait and switch story is simply not true as the 1st reservation that was in the wrong month was a 3rd floor and he was never looking at a top floor penthouse. We did then offer better views that were turned down even after discounting them due to our mutual error. Considering we have nearly 600 great reviews and 2 bad ones from this guests it is fair to say that we will get unreasonable guests from time to time and our goal will be to treat them with Aloha and do our best with hosting them.
