Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Usually with this size cabin you have big pans and bowls, we had to wash pans to fix next dish...Would of liked to have a crock pot too.

The kids loved the games and the adults loved the outside area. The only two complaints are that there were no outside chairs in the hot tub area and that the floor needed to be mopped when we arrived.

The hot tub was nicely maintained. The house was clean but the linens were not clean. We found hair from previous guests on many of the pillow cases. It seems many of the pillow cases weren’t laundered.

Elk Springs Cabin

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall nice stay at Elk Springs. Main complaint was check in was not available until after 5pm. Some wear and tear showing in the cabin but not bad. Sound on TV projector did not work but maintenance was quick and responsive to fix. Beautiful setting, nice outdoor fireplace and hot jacuzzi. Kids enjoyed the game room.

Great Stay! Would Recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was perfect. We loved this cabin. The only issue we encountered was a rotted out rocking chair on the deck. As soon as my dad sat in it, the legs fell off and he fell on the deck. The maintenance guy was great though, he came over right away and grabbed the chair and checked all of the other ones too! My kids especially loved the movie times we had using the 9ft projection screen.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Only a few things that was not right about the cabin- there is no bathroom on the main floor. The pull out couches were not comfortable. We found a cup of tea from the previous guests under one of the beds, and one bed was hard to sleep on due to feeling like the springs were in your back. Besides those issues, it was an enjoyable stay!
