Hello and welcome! We’re Charles and Katie Welch, and we’re so honored for the opportunity to share our Beachwalk Villas home with you. While we recently purchased our villa at Beachwalk Circle, our connection to this special community runs deep — our family has owned the unit next door for more than 25 years. Sandestin has been part of our lives for decades, and it truly feels like a second home.

We’ve known each other since elementary school, started dating in high school, and built our life together in Atlanta, Georgia, just miles from where we grew up. Today we live there with our two young sons, who count down the days until beach trips, bike rides, and cruising around Sandestin on the golf cart. The Beachwalk pool, just steps from the villa, is one of their favorite spots.

We love the relaxed coastal lifestyle, the beautiful beaches, and the family-friendly atmosphere that make Sandestin such a memorable destination. Our hope is that your time here is filled with the same joy, relaxation, and lasting memories our family has experienced over the years.
