SanDestin Resort is a great area for families and we have stayed over Easter previously at other locations. The location for this rental was fabulous. Located on the beachside of SanDestin it was a quick cart ride to the beach. We loved the location - steps to the pool and also walking distance to Parlor donuts, Ben & Jerry's and other restaurants. The house was beautifully decorated and perfect for our group of 6 (4 kids -2 adults). We did have issues upon arrival with the door, but Katie was quick to respond and had the issue resolved immediately. Katie was a wonderful host, and between the location near the beach, pool and restaurants we would consider staying here again.

The property was just like it was listed. Great location, clean, comfortable beds, excellent communication from Owner Katie. Added plus was being next to the pool. Only little con was the downstairs master bedroom tv didn’t work, after Katie gave me instructions the cable still didn’t work, wasn’t a big deal for myself. My parents are older so that did bother them. Also the golf cart wasn’t the best. Brakes didn’t work one night, but it does get you around. You just have to be very very careful. Overall we will rent again if available next year.

Thank you as well for bringing the TV and golf cart concerns to our attention. The downstairs bedroom TV was left by the previous owner, and we're replacing it with a more user-friendly model during our visit next week. Upgrading the golf cart is also at the top of our improvement list! We appreciate your feedback and welcome you to stay with us next year!

The property is just as described. Beds were very comfortable and Katie was very communicable. Probably need some instructions for the TV in master bedroom downstairs. Did not really bother me, but it could be a problem for those who need it to fall asleep. I tried both remotes and was not successful. Plenty of towels and the beach chairs were a great addition. Golf cart has seen better days. It has a "squeal" when driving it, but it did get us where we needed to go!! All in all, it's a great place to stay and it's very nice and clean. It accommodates 6 easily. Great location to the beach as well! We appreciate the new owners and I would definitely book this property again!!

Hello and welcome! We’re Charles and Katie Welch, and we’re so honored for the opportunity to share our Beachwalk Villas home with you. While we recently purchased our villa at Beachwalk Circle, our connection to this special community runs deep — our family has owned the unit next door for more than 25 years. Sandestin has been part of our lives for decades, and it truly feels like a second home.

We’ve known each other since elementary school, started dating in high school, and built our life together in Atlanta, Georgia, just miles from where we grew up. Today we live there with our two young sons, who count down the days until beach trips, bike rides, and cruising around Sandestin on the golf cart. The Beachwalk pool, just steps from the villa, is one of their favorite spots.

We love the relaxed coastal lifestyle, the beautiful beaches, and the family-friendly atmosphere that make Sandestin such a memorable destination. Our hope is that your time here is filled with the same joy, relaxation, and lasting memories our family has experienced over the years.
