The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start a load of laundry prior to leaving
Please clean grill and/or fitepit if used. Place kayaks/life jackets/ paddles and cushions back in designated areas if used
Please take out all trash and perishable in the outside bin. Trash is picked up every Monday and Thursday.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties or unauthorized gatherings. Please be respectful of neighbors. Do not park on the grass. Do not tamper with outdoor security cameras
Smoking outdoors only. Dispose of cigarette butts in the exterior trash bin. Smoking indoors will incur additional fees.
Pick up after your pets. Uncleaned waste indoors or outdoors will incur additional cleaning fee. Damages caused by pets will be billed accordingly.

Home has a wonderful coastal vibe & decor, comfortable beds & incredibly clean throughout. Quiet setting on back canal waterway across from fishing boat fleet. Peaceful morning coffee on back patio, evenings by firepit w wine. Enjoyed fantastic dining at Brian’s Place just 1/2 mile down road.

Let me start by saying pack light! You will only need food and personal items beause this home is fully loaded. The home was clean, spacious, and loaded with more amenities than listed. Mr set a few traps for crabs and caught a nice sized blue crab and 2 catfish, lol. I enjoyed sitting in the yard looking out in the canal while my dog enjoyed the yard and made some friends. The bait store was right around amd the fish were jumping the entire time. This will be my go to when I'm in need of a little R&R. Thank you Jessica for your wonderful hospitality.
