New Full Remodel 2nd Floor Oceanfront Condo

Be one of the first to stay in this new remodel oceanfront retreat located in central Kihei. This is truly a FULL 180 degree view of the ocean on the second floor of a three story building at Hale Kai O'Kihei. Enjoy the beach, pool and large lawn with swaying palm trees right out your front door. The beach is great for swimming, walking, snorkeling, turtle watching, seasonal whale watching, paddleboarding, kayaking, windsurfing and kiteboarding. Tennis and pickleball courts are located within walking distance of the property. The unit is comfortably furnished with central air conditioning and a well appointed kitchen.

Within walking distance are restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. We are 20 mins away from the Kahului airport and a short drive to some of the most beautiful beaches, including ours! Whether you are relaxing or planning your next adventure, this wonderful condo provides a fabulous base. Enjoy your time at our condo!

Had a great stay! Close to a lot of food options and a beautiful beach right in front of you every morning. The host were easy to contact and check in and out process was easy. Would stay here again if I came back!

Our 2nd floor condo was about 50 feet from the beach and gave us a FANTASTIC ocean view to watch the whales and magnificent sunsets. Completely remodeled and in excellent condition. Many extras provided. If I come back to Maui, I will only be staying at this unit!

Amazing remodeled unit and perfect for my husband and I. There were several amenities in the condo that were a pleasant surprise. There were beach chairs, a good size soft-sided cooler and ice packs in the freezer, a tower rotating fan, beach towels, and the kitchen had all we needed. I usually cook a lot on vacation but ended up eating out more than not but if I had been cooking, everything was there that I would have needed and was new and in great condition. The view couldn’t be beat and being able to walk a few steps to the beach was wonderful. We came in a couple of days after Hurricane Lowell passed by the island and was a bit worried about the beach, but it was great! We enjoyed seeing a sea turtle sun bathing on the beach. The roller blinds both on the patio and in the unit kept things really cool and comfortable. It was a quiet property and people respected quiet hour rules. The location was wonderful and access to coffee shops, dining, groceries, and gift shops was great too! We will definitely plan to stay here on our next trip to Maui!!

We had a wonderful stay! The home is beautifully renovated, very clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The host was excellent at communicating throughout our stay and was very flexible, which made the entire experience even better. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
