I had a very lovely stay. Super convenient and comfortable. So many thoughtful touches: first aid kit, cell phone stands, adjustable height desk, etc. Highly recommend!

Selma was very welcoming! The condo was extremely clean, and all of the essentials were provided for my comfort. Also, I can tell this place has been remodeled recently. The kitchen, bathroom, living room were all updated which I very much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend your place. The location was extremely convenient, with easy access to UCSD, shopping, and nearby amenities.A couple of suggestions for improvement: the electrical receptacle on the wall adjacent to the sliding door could be relocated, as the door currently makes contact with the lamp plug. Also, replacing the barn doors with track sliders or another option that provides greater privacy would enhance the guest experience.Other than these minor suggestions, everything was great. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-located. Thank you for being a wonderful host!

This location is convenient for shopping and everyday needs, and it’s near the university in an area with many other condo and apartment complexes.I would not describe the property as “resort-like.” I also felt the balcony photo was somewhat misleading, as it appeared to show the unit overlooking the pool area, when in reality the condo faces a narrow breezeway between units. The space between buildings felt quite tight. The laundry is not inside the unit, which was disappointing. It is nearby, but I spent about 30 getting a few loads done during my stay. The condo itself felt quite compact — I would estimate roughly 575 square feet — and I think it is best suited to one person, maybe two, for a short stay.Overall, the location is convenient, but the setting and feel of the property were more basic than I expected from the listing photos and description.
