Great place to Relax. I stay mostly for work, but I did get a chance to enjoy the beautiful property; so peaceful! The river is beautiful, the accommodations are outstanding, and the owners are great people. Highly recommend.
The rental was great. Easy to book with no hidden fees, and Wanda, the owner is a very gracious host. She communicated effectively and made sure everything was as it should be. The rental was clean, newly furnished, and everything worked perfectly. The coffee, snacks, and reading materials are a great touch. Cell service is good, and I was able to use my phone as a wi-fi source and could watch YouTube TV on my computer. Very close to town (Bryson City) and all the restaurants/shops, and rivers for fishing/rafting nearby. It is small, so only 1-2 people will fit comfortably. I highly recommend. ji
Such a cute little place! It suited our needs very well for a holiday weekend trip to visit family and go tubing. We really appreciated the little touches like the coffee bar, single-serve creamers in the fridge, snack bars, and liquid hand soap. The AC worked great and kept us cool. We enjoyed watching ducks and rainbow trout swim in the creek and meeting the neighbors’ dogs. The trivia card game kept us entertained when we were missing TV. Wanda and Bob were very gracious hosts and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and make sure all our needs were met.
This was, without a doubt, one of the best family vacations we've ever had.The cabin was beautiful, peaceful, and had everything we needed, but what truly made this stay unforgettable were Wanda and Bob. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They spent time playing with my children and treated us with such genuine kindness that we felt more like friends than guests. If you're looking for a place where you can truly relax, enjoy nature, and feel welcomed, this is it. I can't recommend this place highly enough and hope to return one day.Thank you, Wanda and Bob, for the wonderful memories!
Wanda and Bob are the sweetest hosts! They were very welcoming and went above and beyond to make us comfortable during our stay. We only had a short stay but plan to come back for a longer stay because this property is so clean and peaceful! It is also centrally located to so many great places. All around incredible place!
We are local folks and live on the adjoining property. We enjoy camping, fishing, hiking, golfing, and spending time on nearby lakes.
