Located at Emerald Isle this serene unit directly on the beach offers Million Dollar views from a sunrise as a brilliant arc of golden-orange light breaks the horizon to a sunset sky transforming into a vibrant canvas of fiery reds, oranges, and yellows. Unit 1104 is on the 11th floor offering a very short walk across to the beach. It has plenty of room for a family or a couples retreat featuring a private Gulf front balcony to relax and soak in the sunshine with your morning tea to your evening dinner. Both the living room and the master suite have access to the balcony. A bright modern kitchen, fully stocked with all of the essentials, ensures that you can have home cooked goodness during your stay!

The kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops, accented back splash with under cabinet lighting. The eat in bar allows the whole family to enjoy mealtime together. The master en suite bathroom has an amazing newly remodeled walk-in tile shower with a Rainforest shower head, including a handheld anti-slip shower wand and relaxing seating bench. The bedroom has a cozy king size bed, large flat screen TV and newly replaced modern ceiling fan with remote and direct access to the balcony.

The guest bedroom boasts a spacious queen bed, large flat screen TV, new ceiling fan with remote. A newly purchased sleeper sofa awaits the extra guests. The living and dining great room has recently elevated all new furnishings including, couch, loveseat and chairs, large flat screen TV, ceiling fan with remote, a 6 person dining table and buffet.

Unit 1104 is a spectacular part of the Emerald Isle property experience with two pools, hot tub and fitness room all overlooking the Gulf, with a dry sauna located within the fitness room. There is on-site security, parking and secure gate entry. The property is within walking distance or seasonal free trolley rides to amazing restaurants, shopping, and night life.
