The location was very nice. It was quiet, pleasant, and convenient. My ONLY complaint is that there is no air conditioner, although the nights do cool down and the host provided fans for the rooms. By the last night, we discovered that if we propped the fans up IN the windows so it was actually blowing cool air inside (instead of just circulating the warm air in the room), it actually was pleasant indoors. Otherwise, this upstairs unit was uncomfortably hot and stuffy. If the host provided a larger box fan that fit nicely on the window sill, it would be perfect. We loved having a kitchen and laundry in the unit. Everything else was very nice.

The host, Adam was very responsive, helpful b cordial. He replied promptly n respectfully. The condo was clean. Some items, such as the fans n kitchen soffits could use a good dusting. Bed was comfortable. There were plenty of towels and linens. Loved the balcony and the comfortable living room furniture. The condo did get pretty warm during the day. At night we pow ed the windows n it cooled off. Upon inquiry if this venue, the company representative (it wasn’t Adam) a different gentleman, said there was an elevator. But there was not. Which did create a bit of a hardship.

A very clean property that is convenient to everything in Estes. It is in a complex, so if you are looking for solitude in the mountains keep that in mind. That being said, I was able to enjoy some wonderful time on their deck that has pretty view of the mountains and a very friendly hummingbird. All in all, I would recommend and stay here again.

Extremely quiet and relaxing atmosphere. So close to everything we wanted to do while visiting Estes Park. Clean and comfortable and would definitely choose this place to stay again when visiting.
