PARKING: There is one reserved parking spot behind the unit and free street parking. Please note: there is not a back entrance available, guests will have to walk around the building to the front entrance if utilizing the reserved parking spot.



House Rules and Policies

- Maximum Occupancy is 10 people (sleeps 6)

- No smoking

- No events, parties, or large gatherings

- Must be at least 25 years old to book

- Additional fees and taxes may apply

- NOTE: There is an external camera located at the front door and a decibel monitoring sensor located outside the home.



PAYMENT TERMS:

25% of the rental fee is due at booking, the remaining 75% is due 90 days before the check-in date
