Unfortunately, our experience at this property was very disappointing and did not match the description provided in the listing. Several advertised amenities were either unavailable or not functioning properly. The hibachi grill, which was a key feature for our group, was not present. None of the hair dryers worked, and the outdoor fan was inoperable, making the outdoor space much less enjoyable.The overall maintenance of the property was also lacking. The grass had not been cut, giving the property an unkempt appearance with lots of ants and bugs. The kitchen utensils and cookware were of very poor quality and difficult to use. Additionally, the property was not adequately stocked. We quickly ran out of essential supplies including trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels, requiring us to purchase our own during our stay.What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of communication from the host. Questions and concerns were either met with delayed responses or went unanswered altogether, making it difficult to resolve issues during our visit. Most went completely unanswered.For the price paid, we expected a property that matched the listing and a host who was responsive to guest needs. Unfortunately, this rental fell well short of expectations, and I would not recommend it unless significant improvements are made.
