Rising Tides Exuma is a brand-new oceanfront villa on Tar Bay’s white-sand beach, just 10 minutes from GGT and 15 minutes from Georgetown. The main villa offers 6 ensuite bedrooms, a pool with optional heat, gym, chef’s kitchen, water toys, and spacious indoor-outdoor living. An optional 2-bedroom guest house is available for larger groups and required for parties of 15+. Chef, catering, housekeeping, car rentals, and event arrangements are available by request.
