The experience with our site and host was good, there was actually a Sports bar right by this location that was an added bonus, with live music on Saturday evening. A quick search the next morning and we found Cafe Miami a short drive during the start of our day. Not a bad area to spend the weekend at all. Thanks.

-Couch, table & chairs and beds different than pictures and worse than pictures -Whole house is rough and unkept(blinds broken, paint peeling off, clear water damage issues) and not as pictured on the VRBO site-Not cleaned upon arrival, showed up at 9pm after being told 6:30pm, only wiped off bathroom counters and showers, floors not cleaned, feet black -Smelled like marijuana and middle and downstairs smell musty-Pillows very flat and need thrown away

The apartment was clean and cozy, and a great location for sightseeing around Soulard. Dan was a great host. Our only complaint was lack of access to WiFi. Overall a great experience.

There were 4 of us traveling to St. Louis and we reserved the property for 4. As far as linens, there were only 2 clean bath towels. We contacted the host but never received an answer as to whether or not they could drop so more off or not so we had to go buy 2 more cheap bath towels. There was a half-eaten taco left in the top drawer of one of the dressers downstairs. The photo must have been taken several years ago because the property is now in need of several repairs and a paint job. It looked like there were several nails and nail holes where pictures used to be hung. The downstairs bathtub has a leak. The instructions for using the TV were not accurate. They must have been for a different brand of TV. The blinds for the backyard windows were broken and brittle.

Sheets were so clean and smelled good which was amazing! There were a few maintenance issues like an outlet that was hanging out of the wall and blinds being broken. Overall it was great and worked perfectly for us! Would definitely stay again.
