While many parts of San Antonio are fairly under developed, our quiet cul-de-sac is full of quiet well maintained homes in very close proximity to San Antonio’s downtown—and Project Marvel.
What makes this property unique
While many downtown San Antonio homes need maintenance or are under equipped, our home is fully equipped with a brand new HVAC system, Water Heater, Modern Bathrooms, Privacy Fence, and Smart TV’s mounted in every bedroom.
