Exterior:
Pull up to a peaceful, low-traffic residential street and enjoy a large property with room to breathe. The house sits on an expansive lot with open space around you and parking in the driveway and attached garage. The calm, desert-friendly yard is ideal for afternoon coffee or stargazing under clear desert skies.

Inside:
The approximately 1,950-square-foot, single-story home has an open living, dining, and kitchen layout designed for groups to spend time together. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, ample counter space, cookware, dishes, wine glasses, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and dining table.

The home has four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and indoor laundry with both a washer and dryer. Updated bathrooms include a bathtub, showers, hot water, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and cleaning products. Bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, and clothing storage are provided.

Wi-Fi and Office:
Fast 500 Mbps internet is available throughout the home, with Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection. A dedicated workspace is available in one bedroom.

Comfort:
Central air conditioning, efficient heating, an indoor fireplace, double-pane windows, and abundant natural light keep the home comfortable. The single-story layout has no interior stairs.

Parking:
Garage use is required. Guests must park in the two-car garage before using the driveway. Once the garage is occupied, there is room for about two additional vehicles in the driveway. Additional unrestricted street parking is available on nearby residential streets where permitted.

Conservation:
The home uses dual-pane windows and modern, energy-efficient construction designed for the desert climate. We encourage guests to conserve water and electricity because the high desert is a resource-sensitive environment.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Master Bedroom: King bed — sleeps 2.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed — sleeps 2.
Bedroom 3: Two single beds — sleeps 2.
Bedroom/Office 4: Couch and roll-away bed — sleeps 2; this room has separate exterior access.
Living Room/Common Space: Two couches and two roll-away beds — sleeps up to 4. Air mattresses may be available upon advance request.

Entertainment and Family Features:
Relax with the TV, books, reading material, board games, and children's books and toys. Fireplace guards are provided for family safety.

Sauna:
The private cedar sauna is fully enclosed and insulated within the home, with an exterior entrance. It provides dry heat and is ideal after hiking or on cool desert evenings.

Private Pool and Outdoor Living:
Enjoy the private, year-round outdoor pool, mountain and Joshua tree views, patio, outdoor furniture, outdoor dining area, fire pit, and barbecue grill. The pool is professionally serviced every Thursday between approximately 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

OPTIONALLY HEATED POOL:
October 1–April 30: $500 to heat the pool to 85 degrees, plus $179 per day.
May 1–September 3: $350 to heat the pool to 88 degrees, plus $179 per day.

The pool cover is required whenever the heated pool is not in use. Pool heat requires at least 72 hours' notice because the electric heater takes approximately three days to reach temperature. Guests must remind the host three days before check-in to confirm pool heat. Pool heat is added after booking as an optional upgrade.

Guest Access:
Guests receive a smart-lock code approximately 24 hours before arrival. You have access to the entire home and property. No one else will be there during your stay unless staff must respond to a service or maintenance need. Luggage drop-off and paid housekeeping may be available by arrangement.

Safety:
Exterior security cameras help protect guests, the property, and neighbors. The home also has smoke and carbon-monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first-aid kit.

ADDRESS NOTICE:
The public listing address may be anonymized for safety and security. The home is approximately five minutes from the Hi-Desert Nature Museum; the exact check-in address is confirmed after booking.

Disclaimers:
Noise: Daytime outdoor music is permitted until 9:00 PM at a low conversational volume and may not exceed 55 dB at the lot line. After 9:00 PM, outdoor music and loud outdoor gatherings are prohibited.
