Both rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs. The kitchen boasts a brand-new stainless steel smooth top electric range and microwave, with a dining room just off the kitchen.

The primary bedroom features a King bed and an ensuite half bath, while the guest bedroom offers two full beds. Additional sleeping space is available in the living room with a convenient sleeper sofa.

This home also includes a single-car garage, a washer and a dryer, and an outside shower.
