Welcome to your elevated coastal escape. This beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bath beach cottage offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and relaxed seaside living. Enjoy outdoor entertaining on the private patio featuring a firepit and BBQ grill, or unwind in the screened-in porch complete with a large TV—ideal for evenings after the beach. A fully fenced yard makes this home pet-friendly, while off-street parking adds everyday convenience.

Available for nightly or weekly rentals year-round, and ideally located just minutes from area beaches, shopping, and top local restaurants. Thoughtfully appointed and exceptionally inviting, this home has everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

This home is pet friendly- dogs only. There is an additional non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet. This is a non-smoking home. Smoking is not permitted on the decks or inside the home.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $149.50.

Bedding- 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Queen

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.
