Mallard Lakes charges a $150 amenity fee for parking and pool access from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Guests must visit the Mallard Lakes office to pay this fee. During other periods of the year, the amenity fee is $100 per week. The community offers a shared grilling area available on a first-come, first-served basis, and guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after use.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
