The entrance is ground level and wheelchair accessible and leads directly in the kitchen living. The rooms are divided as follows: Eat-in kitchen with lounge and dinette. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the covered terrace with garden furniture and 1 table. Bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed and or with 3 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen in the living room with dinette, gas stove (4 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer) and coffee machine. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer, window and washing machine.

Pompeiana. The holiday home is located on a 15,000 sqm enclosed garden plot. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The garden plot is characterised by typical terraces that rise up to 200 m above sea level and overlook Riva Ligure, an ancient fishing village. In the immediate hinterland, just a stone’s throw from the sea, on a ridge that overlooks it and offers fantastic sunsets in a thousand colours. Access is via a (asphalted) road. Parking on the property.

At the beach you can sail (even rent boats at the harbour), windsurf, dive, and fish.
