The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Empty all food in the fridge.
-Place all used dishes in sink .
-Set thermostat to 70 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No unregistered guests, pets, smoking, or excessive noise during quiet hours. In addition, a $300 cleaning/deodorizing fee to clean substance odor.
A picture PRIOR to arrival is required. Must be leashed, not left unattended for more than 6 hrs, always kenneled when alone.
Guests agree to be responsible for any damages, this includes, damage or excessive wear caused by pets. NO pets in bed or on furniture.
