Stay comfortable year-round with heating and AC, and enjoy the convenience of a well-equipped bathroom complete with a hair dryer. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this awesome spot provides everything you need for a wonderful stay. We look forward to hosting you at our place.
Living room has a smart tv with DVD player. Kitchen is fully equipped with Keurig, coffee pot, microwave and essentials. Custom bar separates kitchen and living room.
Also has a pack and play and booster chair.
Washer/dryer in closet on back deck.
Beach and pier right across the road. Freeman Park beside condos.
Complex has one of the best gated pools.
This is a top floor condo. Oceanview from the front deck. Beautifully manicured property with grills and picnic tables.
This is a perfect place for a nice quiet, relaxing get away.
Carolina Beach has some very good restaurants on the boardwalk and on the main street such as Havana, Seawitch. Many more to pick from with a wonderful board walk that offers live music at times. Also weekly fireworks on Thursday.
Wilmington is just 12 miles away with lots of sites and restaurants.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please make sure your dishes are clean, take trash out, the dumpsters are in the from of the complex.
Please follow the house rules, no loud noises after 10 pm. no parties, pets or smoking.
Please display parking pass on your rearview mirror so that you will not get towed. Parking passes are on the bar. Please return them to the bar before you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
