Great place to stay on the north end of Carolina Beach. Property looked exactly as described in pictures. Inside was clean and well maintained. Furnishings were comfy and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. Nice toiletries were provided in both bathrooms. Large outside deck with 2 really nice swinging chairs. The location is perfect- easy walk to the beach, pier and tiki bar/restaurant/ice cream parlor. We loved staying here for a long weekend.

Unit was very clean. It's an older unit thats been redone. Mary the host answered all our questions right away. No surprises. The only issue we had was parking. There are designated spaces but the ones under the building are insanely tight. I did get our full sized Lexus in one and I noticed that someone had gotten their Tahoe parked so it's doable. Beach is great at this location and the Tiki Bar at the pier across the street had surpassingly good food. Our dog loved the beach! First trip.

This was such a nice property! Everything was clean and free of any wear and tear. There was a few stains on the sheets and towels but those kind of things are expected to happen at a rental.It is steps to the beach, pet-friendly, and the host was very accommodating and checked in with us multiple times throughout the stay to make sure we did not need anything. The only thing I will say though is that the designated parking spot, as well as the driveway you have to go through to get to the guest parking is EXTREMELY tiny and if you have a large SUV, you simply will not fit without doing some kind of damage to your car. The host notified us of this before check-in, so you are made aware of it before your stay. With that being said, the property and unit make up for it, as well as the responsive and accommodating host.

We were here two nights with two small kids and the first 24 hours there was no usable water. The pressure was so low you couldn’t shower or wash properly, and the hot water wasn’t hot. It got fixed the next day around lunchtime. At a beach property with kids that’s a big deal, they were sandy and salty and we couldn’t rinse them off.I messaged the host that evening and called too. No answer until the next day.Also the parking is very narrow, doesn’t really work if you have a big SUV. And it wasn’t cleaned well before we came, there were chips on the floor out on the deck, the deck door handle was loose, there was some bedding left in the dryer. Also, only two sets of towels and bedding too, nothing extra for the children.Good location, the deck is nice. But we couldn’t reach anyone when we actually needed to.

Amina- I’m so sorry to see your comments here. We aim to provide a comfortable, relaxing stay for our guests. We consider client care to be a top priority. Reviewing our messages, I see that you reached out at 11 pm the first evening of your stay. Your late evening message noted low water pressure which we responded to promptly the next morning. We had both our plumber and contractor notified and the issue was resolved within the hour. Not sure how or why the interior water valve had been tampered with but once the problem was identified and the valve reopened fully you were thankfully able to enjoy full water pressure for the remainder of your visit. Reviewing our messages, we have multiple communications back forth in your booking thread along with direct texts notifying you of our contractors schedule and resolution. We consider guest communication and care to be a top priority. Im sorry you felt differently. Our entire team was invested in restoring your desired water pressure and other issues. The parking configuration is noted in the listing. Being a beach condo we note that the community, accessory parking can be tight for certain vehicles but I also drive a truck and have been able to park throughout the community. It was a bit disheartening that you quickly complained to VRBO and requested a refund shortly after we responded and remedied your water pressure complaint. I do hope you enjoyed your beach vacation with your family otherwise! You are welcome back anytime
