With 2 full bathrooms featuring showers and hair dryers, mornings are easy and convenient. The space stays cozy with heating and cool with AC, making it a delight to relax indoors. This awesome cottage invites you to unwind and enjoy a phenomenal stay. 3 minute walk to the beach, DQ, Leons, Bill's Seafood and Lenny and Joes. The back patio offers a secluded area for outdoor dining and grilling. When returning from the beach jump into the private outdoor shower. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

We've lived in the same neighborhood for 20 years. The neighborhood is beery close knit with lots of events throughout the year for the 60 houses in the community. The 4th of July parade, breakfast on the beach and music on the beach
Why they chose this property
The beach is the highlight of the neighborhood. Close to 200 feet of beachfront with the best sand on the shoreline which is enhanced by the 1/2 mile long sand bar at low tide.
What makes this property unique
The back yard is fenced on 3 sides making it a private gathering area along with easy access to dozens of restaurants, shops and the Clinton outlet stores.
