The washer and dryer are in the garage where you’ll find all your pool toys, games, extra chairs, tables, etc.
Whether lounging in the bright living room or unwinding in the lanai, guests will feel right at home.
The large in ground pool and plenty of seating will keep the family entertained for hours.
Whistle stop park is a 2 minute drive, and New Symrna Beach is under 15 minutes, Disney is less than an hour.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash all dishes and put away.
Set central air to 78. Turn off AC window unit in lanai. Lock all 4 doors (lanai to pool, lanai to backyard, garage to outside, garage bathroom to outside) front door locks automatically.
If you use the grill, please clean it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Why they chose this property

This area of Edgewater (called the Florida Shores) is a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with lush flowers and trees. There is little to no traffic in the area.
Iconic New Symrna Beach is under 15 minutes drive. Whistle stop park is 2 min drive, and we’re less than an hour from Disney. Daytona beach is also under 30 minutes.

What makes this property unique

The orange tree in the backyard (help yourself when fruit is ripe)

The huge inground pool with lots of seating…an outdoor shower and a pool bathroom! The lights in and around the pool look amazing at night time. There’s nothing better than floating under the stars!

Two living rooms…I mean can you beat that? The indoor living room has reclining microfiber comfy couches. One couch seats 2, the other seats 3, and there is a bean bag chair as well.
The all seasons lanai has a futon that folds out to a bed, 2 big comfy chairs and a 3 seater couch.
Outside, in the pool area is seating for 9 with extra chairs stored in the garage.
