Spacious 4-bedroom house in delightful Wells with AC

This home is perfect for families looking to share a vacation in beautiful Wells Maine! The home is situated close to everything Wells has to offer- a short bike ride or drive to the water, close to restaurants, shopping, movie theaters and mini golf, while still being away from the noise and traffic, with a private, sunny yard and lots of space to enjoy time together after a day on the beach! Perfectly situated right between Kennebunk and Ogunquit to increase your options for things to do!

The space
This property has a king bedroom on the first floor with a full bath. Also on the first floor is a large gathering area for dining and relaxing, with a dining table that seats 8, and a large sectional with a television. Outside is a grill and patio area for warm evenings of cooking and dining outside, and a stone firepit area for smores and storytelling once the sun goes down. Upstairs you will find another king size bed, a second gathering area with a smaller sectional, television, gaming system, and a game table which seats 4. A stacked washer and dryer is located on the second floor as well as a second full bathroom. Two bedrooms with bunk beds (twin over full beds) round out the space, with a dedicated office space in between the bedrooms overlooking the yard for remote workers in your group.

Guest access
The entire home and surrounding yard will be yours to use for the duration of your stay. The large driveway and parking area is shared between the two homes on the property.

Other things to note
There is another home on the property which is also available for rent, and can be combined with this property when available for a larger group rental if desired.

The owners purchased this property in late 2025. As such, the outdoor amenities are not yet in place and summer pictures are not available! As soon as the snow melts and outdoor furniture is in place, the pictures will be updated but all new outdoor furniture will be in place by spring!
