Located in the historic Grove Park neighborhood on one of the most beautiful streets of Asheville, our home is 3 blocks from the Grove Park Inn, parks & restaurants. Live like a local with your 900 sq foot guest suite on the first level of our house with your private patio entrance. Beside your entrance, the English cut flower garden is yours to enjoy. 2.5 miles to the center of downtown Asheville. Enjoy the comforts of home including laundry & workspace! The mountains are waiting for you!

You will enjoy your own private patio entrance, directly next to your parking space, with over 900 sq feet of guest living in the lower level of the house with natural lighting from French doors and bedroom windows. This apartment is completely closed off to the upstairs portion of the house so you have complete privacy and will be able to make yourselves at home! Our family lives upstairs but stays quiet for guests. A deadbolt locks the door between basement and upstairs for your safety and privacy.

The space includes a large den/living area, bedroom, bathroom, coffee bar, kitchen, dining area, workspace & hot tub on the patio! In warmer months you can dine al fresco while admiring the flower garden.

The kitchen includes a stove top burner w/ two burner plates, a toaster oven, microwave, drip & Keurig coffee makers, two mini refrigerators, & a farm house sink. It`s stocked with all the essentials so you can enjoy cooking meals if you wish.

A large desk with a printer is included in the kitchen space, as well as a dining table for 4.

This Paris themed suite is a wonderful place to relax after a day of exploring. The beautiful & cozy den features a large wall with framed maps of Paris in the 1600’s. Asheville has been called “The Paris of the South” with Biltmore Estate, a thriving art scene, Art Deco buildings, a bustling walkable city with cafes and bars and its reputation as a celebrated food destination.

Guests will enjoy the lower level of the cottage home. Guests will use alley to access back of house and private parking in driveway. Private entrance is on the patio, a private oasis.

Historic neighborhood is home to the Grove Park Inn and Spa, Golf, historic Rose Garden, tree lined side walks, 5 min drive downtown, walkable restaurants, hardware store, bakery, old school movie theater and drug store

Bikes and cars welcome. Parking is off street in your own driveway.
