Wonderful Get-Away

The house was perfect for a girls trip to play bridge, shop, eat and relax. The home is well-equipped, the beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room. I highly recommend this place for a vacation with friends or family.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Gnome Sweet Gnome! The accommodations were amazing! The house is so beautiful with plenty of room for our family to spread out and was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The view was breathtaking! Perfect for a family getaway

Nicely appointed, plenty of room for 8 adults, 3 teens and 2 toddlers. We really enjoyed the back deck. It was nice having the downstairs for the teens. It is close to all we needed and had plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. We get together in various places once a year and this was probably the best houses we have stayed in as far as the layout goes and the cleanliness.

Perfect for a big family!

We had two families from Indians and three families from South Carolina meet up to spend time together. House was perfect! Big, clean and spacious. Outdoor area is amazing, the views are fantastic! We definitely enjoyed our time together ;)

Great place to stay!!! Everything was as listed. If we had a complaint, it would be with the parking...great for vehicles but a little sketchy with 8 motorcycles and 2 vehicles. We would definitely lease again. Thank you so much.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay very much! It was the first time us and our kids and grands stayed under one roof longer then one day. Your placed met all our needs. Plenty of dishes , pots and pans . Also plenty of space for a family of 13. The view was pretty . Thank you for having auch an inviting and comfortable space.

Beautiful Mountain View from porch

Everything in this Hiawassee home was great. There was 6 dear friends exploring the north Georgia Mountains, and rack of us had plenty of room in this large house. We played card games and ate dinner on the beautiful side porch. We really enjoyed building z campfire and roasting marshmallows and sharing funny stories. The location was perfect for our day trips

The property was exactly as described and pictured. The entire house was decorated for Christmas fantastically. We had the best stay we have ever had. There is always a little draw back or two, but nothing that doesn't happen at any place that size. The host communicated with us quickly for any questions we had before and during our stay.

Family Reunion

We chose this house because it was close to our parent's home in Murphy, NC, but large enough to accommodate our entire family. House was spacious and clean and location was perfect. Many of our family commented it was the best view they'd ever seen in a rental cabin and we captured some of most beautiful sunsets from that back porch. Lots of basketball, cornhole and football played in the back yard and tons of memories made over the long weekend.

Christmas Family

Our family gets together every year for Christmas, we rent different places in different states. This house was the best we ever stayed at, their was 10 of us and this house was so big we were comfortable in it. The rooms was huge, the whole house was huge. Everything was supplied, coffee machine, Keurig, ,enough plates and silverware, Toaster. We will be renting this place again.

The house had a nook for every member of our family. The kids enjoyed the yard while the adults overlooked their activities from the upper deck. The kitchen was well equipped. We had an issue with the air conditioner and the property manager sent someone very quickly after we called. We are already looking to book next year!

It was a beautiful property.

Gnome Sweet Gnome was a well equipped property that was a pleasure to stay in. It has more than adequate square footage for a large family. We had a wonderful time enjoying the beautiful views and using the fireplace. We stayed through Christmas and the owner went the extra mile to have a tree beautifully decorated and had us a sweet gift of a gnome ornament as a memento of our stay. The property was immaculately clean when we arrived. The kitchen was a dream to prepare large meals for a big group of people. We used the gas grill one night and it was easy to use and adequate for cooking. I would highly recommend this property. I hope we can have the opportunity to stay again in the future.
