Pleasant Stay

First time visiting Destin. Location was great! Steps away from private beach. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. My only complaint was the stove. It was difficult to cook, temperature settings were inconsistent. The facility was very clean and quiet. My family and I enjoyed our stay. I would stay here again if we came back to Destin.

Issues

There were many issues with this stay. It started with not being notified that the unit was ready until after 4 PM. Then, when we arrived, the door code didn't work. The unit has a few issues that need to be addressed. The dryer did not work for a day and a half. The large stove burner knob is backward, the pans are in very bad shape, and the knives in the butcher block are very dull. The rug in the living area is turned up on the corners and needs to be replaced. Why isn't there a drain rack to wash dishes and let them air-dry? Also, there is no cutting board, so we went out and bought one.

July 4th Vacation

This property was amazing! This was our second time in three years staying in this Condo building for the week of July 4th. Our family loves the ability to walk right out of the condo and on to the beach. The condo is clean, spacious and has everything you need for an amazing vacation!

Great place to stay!!

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo! The condo was perfect, check-in was easy and we appreciated so much that they reached out to us to make sure that everything was to our liking. Loved the decor!! The location is great!! No overcrowded beaches and a wonderful place for an early morning run! Will definitely stay here again. Our family loved it!!
