This is a beautiful neighborhood next to the University of Memphis, many shops and restaurants, a large park, public golf course, Botanical Gerden and other museums. Most neighbors have lived in the area a long time and it all remains very well cared for.
What makes this property unique
The house is an original vintage design with extensive woodwork. The home owners have added modern upgrades like an EV charger and remodeled walk in shower. There is a spacious yard for relaxing and enjoying.
