This is a very quiet, family neighborhood in a gated community. It is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

Nearest grocery store – Around a 10‑minute drive (options near Watsonville/Aptos).

Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk + Main Beach – About a 20–25‑minute drive — classic amusement beach and wharf area.
The Forest of Nisene Marks State Park – Roughly a 15–20‑minute drive — scenic redwood forest and hiking trails.
The Mystery Spot – Around a 20–25‑minute drive — quirky gravity‑defying roadside attraction.
