Serenity Cottage on Stone Church! 1 bedroom cottage in charming Tiverton

Beautiful and rustic 1 bedroom cottage! Open concept kitchen, dining and living room. Entire second floor is the bedroom. Step outside and take in the beautiful landscaping, gorgeous perennial gardens, ornamental trees and lovely hardscaping. Cottage is equipped with propane grill, outdoor shower, fire pit and outdoor dining area. 10 minutes to beaches, 5 minutes to the quaint New England Village of Tiverton Four Corners where you will find art galleries, unique shops and restaurants and 10 minutes to the Village of Westport, MA. For those traveling during winter or hurricane months, we have a whole house generator, so no worries of losing power. Dog friendly! Please be sure to choose the pet fee if bringing your pup.

Please note - there is another larger home on the property that the owners live in, but rest assured the cottage is completely private. The owners spend most of the summer in Maine.

The name of the property says it all. This is indeed a peaceful property in a charming town. The listing photos are an accurate representation of the home. I can’t wait to book again so I can see how beautiful the gardens/ woods are in the summer. It truly is like being at home. Katherine has thought of everything, much more than is even listed in the amenities. The wide open living space has cozy, comfortable furniture. Combined with the full sliding doors there’s an atmosphere that’s both airy and intimate if you can imagine that. Idk when I’ve ever slept as deeply away from home as I did here. I had to ask for the bed/ mattress brand because I must have it for myself at home. Check in was simple, the space is perfectly clean, and Katherine was quickly responsive. The Tiverton Four Corners is just a few minutes drive and has restaurants, ice cream, shopping, art galleries, and even a cheese shop. 10 out of 10 for both the property and the location.

We love the privacy of our property on Stone Church Road but also its closeness to so many unique shops, restaurants, and outdoor spaces.
