The home itself is beautiful, nice views and close to the beach. However, the house has a moldy, mildew smell when you enter, the downstairs game room stinks, the main level was hot (air wasn’t working properly) upon arrival, the patio furniture filthy, and the pool was dirty due to all of the rain. We asked to have it cleaned so the kids could enjoy it, but we were told it’s only cleaned on Mondays. I feel a pool should be cleaned before guest arrive. We were very disappointed with this. Also the toilet in the 3rd floor master bathroom, needs to be replaced. It is stained and barely flushes.
