This was such a great property!!! Beautiful grounds, very friendly host and the best part was the cows, goats, chickens, cats and dogs will definitely book again!

The NeNe Cottage was comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. The host was informative while giving us our own space. It is just a short drive from Volcanoes National Park. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay with our incredible hosts on their amazing property with all their loving animals. Hot tub was just a bonus on top of an epic farm stay. Great home with super cozy bed and great patio view. Very close to the volcano park. This is a special place. We can’t wait to come back!

If you are looking for a great spot near Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, this is it! Nothing too fancy, but clean and puts you are only a few minutes from the park. Julie did a great job making sure I had everything I needed, and gave me some great local advice to make sure I optimized the time on my trip!

We had a wonderful stay at Nene Cottage. Julie and her family were very warm, friendly and welcoming. The cottage is in a beautiful spot - just on the edge of volcano village, with a beautiful garden. It’s really close to volcano NP, about 5 minutes from the entrance. The cottage itself is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. The king bed is comfortable and access to the hot tub is an added bonus. We loved being greeted by their puppies and kittens, and the free range eggs from their chickens were a nice bonus. Highly recommended.
