Summary:

The Osprey Cabin is a brand new luxury A frame Cabin with stunning ocean views and ocean access on the "Quiet Side" of Mount Desert Island. Acadia is minutes away - Bass Harbor Lighthouse, the Wonderland and Ships Harbor trails in particular. The quaint town of Southwest Harbor is a 5 minute drive.



The cabin is located on a 6 acre subdivision made up of 4 cabins and historic home. You have access to 200 feet of rocky beach, a pier and a deep water mooring.



The Space:

This is a brand new 1 bedroom A frame cabin built in 2025. Walking into the cabin and you are presented with a living room on the right with a giant A frame window overlooking the beach and the ocean. To the left is a small, very well appointed kitchen with a dining nook suitable for two. Beyond the kitchen is the master bedroom with a platform bed and beautiful full bathroom with walk in shower.



The outdoor space includes a fire pit, Adirondack chairs, and a stunning view of the sunset.



Guest Access:

You will have the entire cabin sitting on a one acre lot with ocean views. Its a short walk down to 200 feet of spectacular private cobblestone beach overlooking Blue Hill Bay, deep water frontage with private mooring and a new 150' pier with float/dock. This unique property enjoys southern exposure with amazing sunsets and island views from nearly every vantage point. You will most likely get to observe the resident deer and geese on your stay.



The Neighborhood:

This cabin is located on the "Quiet Side" of Mount Desert Island. It is located off of a private road and shares ocean access with four other small rental properties.



Getting Around:

Its short walk to the private beach and the small roads nearby offer pleasant walking. Access to Acadia requires a car.



Other Things to Note:

Beach and dock access is shared with a few other adjacent rental cabins.
