Gorgeous property in the heart of San Juan’s best beach, just steps from restaurants and ocean park beach, walking distance to nightlife, grocery and drug stores. Amazing and convenient location in the best neighborhood of San Juan, Puerto Rico. UPGRADED WITH EMERGENCY POWER GENERATOR AND WATER TANK.

PROPERTY: The house was designed by an Italian architect and built with materials imported from Italy, reflects modern architecture style that will make you feel like a European villa in harmony with the gorgeous Caribbean setting. The property is divided in two apartments.

Rental Villa: The rental villa is located on the second level of the property totally independent from the first level villa. It is exquisitely decorated with fully equipped new kitchen, family/living area, dining table for 6 people and additional al fresco dining table for 4 people, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, laundry room and ample terrace with BBQ. Two independent central A/C units, for living area and bedrooms.

BEDROOMS: Three bedrooms that comfortably accommodate 6 people. Master Bedroom with a queen bed and its own full bathroom, second bedroom has a queen bed, and third bedroom has two twin beds, all have their own closets. High quality cotton fresh linens for each bed, plus many pillows and blankets.

BATHROOMS: Two full bathrooms with Italian marble tops and double sinks, master bathroom has shower/tub, second bathroom has independent tub and separate shower cabin, each bathroom includes bidet.

STYLE: The house was designed by an Italian architect in a modern Italian villa style, while in harmony with the gorgeous Caribbean setting. Exquisitely decorated with high ceilings throughout. Imported wood floors from Italy in all living areas, Italian tiles in the bathrooms and kitchen, all outside areas and terrace with Italian granite. All windows have electric hurricane proof shutters and nets for insects. Property has emergency generator and water tank.

NEIGHBORHOOD: Ocean Park is an exclusive gated beach community in the Condado, San Juan Metro area. Convenient location with access to many restaurants and nightlife, and of course a very short walk to the beach. Definitely the best place to stay in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Walking distance to grocery stores, a Walgreens, Kasalta bakery, surf shops, yoga studio and parks. A very tranquil and peaceful community when the sun goes down, you can walk, jog or bike around Ocean Park and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

The villa is located in a great neighborhood that is gated during nighttime hours, which added to the sense of security. It was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. Parking was always available either at the villa or very close by.The beach is just two short blocks away, and a grocery store, Walgreens, and several restaurants are all within easy walking distance. We even walked to Condado several times. Old San Juan was about a 20-minute Uber ride.The host was excellent and provided all the information we needed, making our stay easy and enjoyable.

Rey was an excellent host. He was very good about responding to any questions we had. It was very nice that the Villa had water tanks on the roof because there were water repairs in San Juan during our stay which affected availability of water. Because of the tanks we had water at the Villa. It was walking distance to many coffee shops and restaurants. Only having a two block walk to the beach was great. On weekends in the daytime due to the proximity of the beach the streets around the Villa became parked up. If you came back from errands and there was no parking there is a paid parking lot not far away on Calle Loiza. Overall we had a great stay.

Our group of 6 had an amazing experience - the home was just it appears on the app and is comfortable, with everything provided in the well-stocked kitchen, to the bathrooms, to laundry, and beach-going essentials. AC was strong and worked well, great water pressure, comfy beds and a fun outdoor patio. Couldn't have asked for better. Easy walk to numerous restaurants, groceries, beach, coffee/cafes.
