FIRST FLOOR
- As you enter the house, the first room you will be greeted to is the laundry room that connects to the first-floor shared bathroom. The laundry room is equipped with 2 full-sized Samsung washers and dryers.
- Consider this your pool room! The first-floor bathroom features a walk-in shower and the door that leads to the backyard oasis.
- The outdoor oasis will take your vacation to a new level. The patio features an outdoor shower, towel racks, brand-new gas grill (with gas line), Frontgate outdoor dining that seats 6 with shade, outdoor Connect 4, and firewood for the fire pit. Step off the patio onto the private pool deck with Frontgate loungers to soak up the sun or gather around the outdoor fire pit for fun nights with your crew!
- Step back inside to the first-floor king bedroom, featuring an ensuite with a walk-in shower.
- Further down the hall is a brand-new custom bunk room. Featured here are 2 Twin over Queen bunk beds, 2 oversized Lovesac bean bag chairs, and an awesome entertainment area! Think: oversized Smart TV for movie nights in, a touch of nostalgia with a large basket of beanie babies, and fun decor and stuffies to keep the kiddos happy! This room also features an ensuite with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. This is the sweet life!

SECOND FLOOR
- Just up the stairs, you'll find open concept living at its best!
- The high-end kitchen is fully equipped for the top chef in your family! This culinary oasis features high-end Viking appliances, Schott Zwiesel stemware, a pot filler, a beverage cooler, and a prep sink. Get in on the action or sit back and relax at the island that seats 4.
- Just behind the kitchen is an oversized half bath.
- As you continue through the space, you'll see a dining area for 8 with cozy chairs and great views.
- The living room was designed with modern luxury in mind. Enjoy movie nights in with the electric fireplace, a cozy and plush couch, plus oversized lounge chairs.
- Step out onto the balcony and soak up the sun with the outdoor seating or the daybed. This space also allows you to enjoy meals in the salty air with the outdoor dining table that seats 4.

THIRD FLOOR
- Head upstairs to the top level of your luxury oasis!
- The primary king suite invites you to unwind in serene, modern luxury. Start your morning with a ride on the Peloton, then step onto your private balcony to enjoy fresh air from the outdoor seating or lounge on the daybed. The en suite bath feels like your own personal spa, complete with a dual walk-in shower, double vanities, and a spacious walk-in closet
- Next to the primary bedroom is the third-floor King bedroom, which features a private balcony and an ensuite with a shower/tub combo.
- Further down the hall is your fifth bedroom, a queen room featuring an ensuite with a walk-in shower.

- Premium full-size bath products in every bathroom/kitchen – We provide body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hand soap.
- Traveling with little ones? We've thoughtfully provided a highchair, Pack 'n Play, and built-in baby gates.

✏️Other things to note:
- The driveway can fit up to 4 vehicles.
- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities that offer long-term parking options in their lots.
- The pool can be heated for $50/day.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
