There was no hot tub; there is no path to get to the entrance so you have to walk on the grass and a lot of time the sprinklers are on and there's no way to avoid getting wet. The place itself is ok inside, very old looking, the outside needs a lot of cleaning. The W/D are located outside the unit and they are shared coin machines. This place is ok, maybe 3 or 3.5, but no where neer a 5. I would not come back to this particular unit.
