This beach vacation home features everything you need for a one-of-a-kind vacation. It offers plenty of privacy, with airy bedrooms with vaulted ceilings (and decks) on separate levels, and an oasis-like main bedroom, balcony, and bath on the top level. The exterior of this home offers under-house concrete covered parking, an outdoor shower, and a community grill. The community pool entrance is just a short walk and there is also easy access to the beach from multiple boardwalks that get you to the beach in about a minute.
Enter and head upstairs to the first level with its open plan living/dining/kitchen area, deck with views, and shared half bath. The living area features wall mounted TV and a comfy couch, which opens into a queen sleeper bed, as well as a loveseat and a wingback chair. A pretty multi-tone blue area rug, curtains, and artwork pull it all together. The electric fireplace offers a nice vibe on chilly evenings. This place is cocktail heaven, with a separate wine cooler and mini-fridge in a dedicated preparation area and glass-fronted cabinets that house essentials including plenty of nice glassware, cocktail shaker, and ice bucket.
The kitchen is a chef's dream, with sparkling stainless steel appliances, a convection stove/oven, beautiful counters, and plenty of nice lighting. Serve your feast at the counter, with three bar stools, or at the round dining table with seating for 6.
Up a short flight of stairs is a windowed landing with a shared full bath and a lovely bedroom with a vaulted ceiling and its own small private balcony. The bath features a beautifully tiled shower and tub, and contemporary decor. This townhome is beautiful from the moment you walk in. The views are great even if you’re not right on the beach. The short walkway to the beach is so convenient. The beds are so comfortable. Very clean and has everything you need for your stay!! I will come back!!
Check-in and Wi-Fi access were seamless. The facility was clean and well appointed. There was plenty of storage. The beds were very comfortable and pool/beach access was great.
Overall this condo is well equipped. 300 Ocean Mile is a very nice area to stay in. The beds were comfortable; the furnishings were very nice. It's nice to be so close to the beach and pool even though it was winter! The Vacasa staff was very responsive regarding any issues. Will definitely be back.
Excellent property with a boardwalk onto the beach. The condo was clean upon arrival and was exactly as pictured on the website. The foldout mattress is memory foam and is by far the best foldout we have ever found in a rental property.

The location was great and the place was really cute. The furniture in the living room did not seem clean, and we found a couple water bugs. The most disappointing part was the boardwalk directly to the beach was damaged and closed so we had to walk all the way around the pool to get to the beach. We did appreciate the bag to ice they kept in the freezer since the ice machine did not work. The photos listed are a little deceiving to be honest.
The condo is tastefully decorated and has an easy walk to the pool and the beach. The only downside is a side view of the ocean and not a straight on view. It was well cleaned and has great pillows and soft mattresses. It is a more quiet part of the island.
We have never been to St. George and loved the small town feel- no high rises, no fast food, etc. very quiet area- local restaurants, and local shops. Made for a very nice vaca- very relaxing. Beach was steps away and was never crowded. There were souvenir stores- our favorite was the island dog- very cute unique items and shirts made just for their store. Owners were super sweet too! Condo was nice- very accommodating!
This is a great property! However, it was not very clean when we checked in. The bathrooms were not clean and The floors had not been swept/vacuumed. We traveled with our toddler who is on the floor a lot, so that was concerning for us. Overall, great place and location, just could have been cleaner.
Pros-Nice place on the inside! Fantastic communication with management! Easy check-in and check out! Great updated decor! Beds are comfy! Very clean! Close to the beach! The beach is not crowded at all! Felt very safe here! Cons-Lots of stairs! (Three-story condo.) We did fine, but just know that the elderly would have trouble getting around here. (Outside of the entire complex is also noticeably old and quite a few tripping hazards in the wood. )Tip-Rent a golf cart! It made getting around so easy and fun! Well worth the money! Just park it on the grass beside the complex.Overalll- GREAT WEEKEND and a GOOD PLACE!
The condo was great. Just as the pictures. The dishwasher wasn't working when we first arrived but a new one was installed while we were out working, so all went well. The property has a pool and is right on the beach, so very convenient. The bed was comfortable and I liked that one bedroom was on a floor while the main bedroom was on the floor above with a balcony with a view of the pool and ocean. The only negative things were there was no hair dryer in the unit, which was a disappointment. You should buy one for each full bathroom. Also, checkout time should be at 11:00am not 10:00am since check in is not until 4:00pm. That's seems to be common now but it isn't really fair or nice.
