This coastal gem has been recently updated with new fans/light fixtures, brand-new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, new living room furniture, and a new king mattress in the main bedroom. There is new beach access with bathrooms and a ramp across the street.



You will love the spaciousness of this condo and its large balcony with an outdoor dining area, loungers, and patio chairs. The inviting living room features comfortable furniture and a TV. Spend restful evenings at home watching a favorite movie or show. The well-appointed kitchen is a chef's dream with all-new stainless steel appliances and all the cookware needed to prepare mouth-watering meals and beach snacks for the group. Coffee enthusiasts will be happy to know there is a Keurig coffee maker available.



The complex has fish in the pond on the property - feel free to feed the fish and enjoy a soothing and relaxing time with them. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and are very tropical. You definitely feel like you're on vacation at Amalfi Coast!

THINGS TO KNOW

BUILDING CONSTRUCTION: Starting September 1, 2025 - April 29, 2026, the balconies will be undergoing renovations.

The project will be phased out in the four buildings. During the course of painting/repairs, there will be construction noise and inaccessibility to parts of the building and balcony. Construction will be scheduled 6 days a week. There could be weather delays during construction.

This is the first condo we have ever stayed in for over a month during a winter season that did not allow for mail and we were not advised in advance.10 days in:Still no outside light to see to unlock keypad on entry door after dark2 guys show up, announced, and spend afternoon in condo replacing kitchen light, installing oven hood and putting up bathroom mirror Same 2 [nice & polite] guys back next morning continued work in bathroom and kitchen.
