Check in was okay but communication with host was very slow. Spent the first day trying to locate arm bands, key fobs, and parking pass. Host was very slow responding and ultimately we had to leave the condo and pick up packet at their local office. Would not have been a huge deal had this been communicated prior to arrival. Other than that the stay was good.
