Though there is unlimited fun to be had, this condo also features a desk setup available if you need to get a bit of work done while you're away. TVs & internet did not work the entire stay. The lights in the bedrooms & bathrooms kept flickering like a strobe light at a night club like there was a short in the wiring. There were no blankets, only 3 layers of sheets on the beds. As soon as we checked in, we called the management company to address issues. They said someone would come to fix it. They never showed even after calling multiple times. We told management we needed internet for work, but again, they never sent anyone. We had to walk across the street for internet access for work deadlines. Communication was terrible.

Everything was perfect!! Condo, resort, beach, town..can’t say enough good things!! We will definitely be back. Two issues that need to be addressed: there was a minor bug problem and the dishwasher was broke.

Overall great time

The condo was nice and clean. It’s a pretty place with a lot of windows with a beautiful view. It has nice furniture and pretty much had everything we needed. Unfortunately the dryer was broken during our stay. Vacasa brought us some extra towels though. The ceiling fans in both bedrooms were a little loud a night. The bath in the guest bathroom was clogged and wouldn’t drain well. The master bed mattress was a little hard but not too uncomfortable. There were no blankets in the room. We enjoyed having the beach chairs available on the beach. We had groceries delivered from Publix in PCB and we rented a crib from crib connections. It rained a couple of days so it kept us from the beach or pool but we enjoyed walking around the local shops. Crabby Steves is cool. We also enjoyed Amici and Shades just up the street. We liked Old Florida Fish House further down 30A. Overall it was a good trip.

We sincerely apologize for the maintenance issues you experienced with the dryer and bath in the guest bathroom. Please know these are not common occurrences. Our local manager is currently working on repairing the dryer. We apologize for any disturbances the ceiling fans in the bedrooms caused at night and are so sorry for any discomfort you experienced from the mattress. While the bed is in good working order, each guest has their own unique preferences. We have passed your concern regarding the clogged bath to our local manager to address. Drop dead ocean view

Drop dead ocean view,!! Everywhere you look there is ocean colon from the Master bedroom and living room. There’s a lovely balcony with four hightop chairs overlooking the water and the dunes. It’s a lovely unit but the listing is a little deceiving because it was much smaller than it appeared because of the mirrors. One whole wall in the main room living dining area is all mirrored. Smart landlord. But a lot of things were missing. Kitchen utensils and supplies Limited. No colander, not enough teaspoons, pots dirty, primary lightbulb in bedroom lamp out, sole soap bar size pathetic, Also, there were no games at all. no nightlight in the bathroom, not enough towel bars for second bedroom. Now the pluses: Shower was excellent and water was always hot. Excellent Security so we always felt safe and didn’t have to worry about our belongings; crabby Steve’s so convenient; check in and check out procedures ran very smoothly. Great location, close to village shopping. Good restaurants nearby too, especially Cowgirl Kitchen white pizza & the chocolate fondue & chocolate chip cookies & tapas at La Crema. Don’t miss old Florida fish house.

We really loved our stay here! The unit was the perfect size for us and would be spacious enough for two more people. The unit was cleaned well before our arrival and included small complimentary items for the kitchen and laundry (detergent pods, dish soap, sponge, etc). The community was also clean, very safe, and well kept. It was walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and downtown. In full transparency, we could hear every noise from the renters above us (noise beyond their foot traffic). The only downfall to our stay was our experience with Vacasa (property management). Prior to our stay I called and emailed ahead of time to see if there was a chance for early check in or a space to store our bags since our flights got in 5 hours prior to check in. We were told no to both questions. About 3 hours prior to check in we received a text with check in details and the offer to store our bags in the office. Prior to our trip, I also asked if chairs/umbrellas and bikes were included in the rental; again, I was told no. When asking the chair rental company on the beach, they told us that the rental unit was included in the list of complimentary rentals for both chairs and bikes and that the management company has the same list. It seemed like the property management crew was unorganized and answered no to everything as a quick reply since the beginning of their email noted an apologize for a delayed response due to high demands in inquiries. However, this wouldn't keep us from renting somewhere else now that we know this is just how they function. We would definitely rent this unit or another unit on the property again!
