I chose this spot because it’s the ultimate "launchpad" for Southern California. You’re minutes from the magic of Disneyland and Knott’s, but far enough away to actually relax. The neighborhood has a great energy—super safe, walkable to local dining, and close to amazing shopping malls. My favorite part? Being able to hit the beach in the morning and be back for a poolside BBQ by lunch. It’s central, convenient, and has that classic, sunny SoCal vibe everyone loves.
