No Smoking or Vaping in house. No burning incense. No pets. Clean up after yourself. Use make up remover wipes and not towels.
Use black towels (in bath cab) to clean up or off dirt. The walls are clay plaster, it's fine to pet the walls, it's good for you!
However, don't wipe them with water or any cleaning products. Be careful and if anything happens, just let me know, I am the plasterer and can fix it.
