Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, recently renovated home. Walk to beautiful Hen's Cove beach & swim, kayak or paddle board. Rinse off in the spacious outdoor shower & relax on the back patio or in the comfy sunroom. Have breakfast on the cozy front porch or private back deck. Quiet, friendly neighborhood is great for walking & riding bikes. Just 10 minutes from the Bourne bridge, it's close to popular restaurants, Old Silver Beach & downtown Falmouth & the ferry to the Islands.

There are 3 cozy bedrooms on the second floor. The master bedroom, with a king bed, has a new minisplit that cools the upstairs. All 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans and room darkening shades and wall to wall carpeting.
The living room has a new minisplit unit that cools the first floor. The back sunroom has huge windows that slide open to take advantage of the cooling off-shore breezes.
Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach toys available for your use. A gas grill is available for your use. Two bikes, 2 kayaks and paddle board are available too. Life jackets for 4 adults including one child size. Make family memories in Pocasset this summer.
